  1. For over 30 years I have been involved in a Special Needs cycling project near Ipswich.
    We began as Bikeability, but Govt. pinched our name ! For the last 20 years we are Bikeactive, and think we may be the only group who cycle on the roads, like non disabled people.
    As we have built up our fleet of over 80 cycles, we have had to pay Vat on them all since they belong to Bikeactive.
    Maybe it would be fairer if groups such as ours could have the same zero vat applied as individual purchasers do.
