By purchasing a new or renewal subscription to SEN Magazine from us, SEN Magazine Ltd, you agree to these terms. You can contact us by emailing [email protected] or by calling 01200 409800.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to take out a subscription which, if confirmed by us, establishes a contract between you and us. Payment for your subscription will be taken annually in advance, and will be for six bimonthly print and/or digital issues of the magazine and twelve months’ access to any subscriber-only content made available exclusively to subscribers on the website senmagazine.co.uk.
If you have chosen to pay by card, your subscription will be auto-renewed and the subscription charge will be deducted from your card. We will send you reminders by email in plenty of time for you to cancel the auto-renewal if you so wish. If we are unable to take payment, we will attempt to contact you to re-establish your payment credentials. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the subscription as cancelled.
Subscription rates and postage charges are subject to change. We will communicate current rates in advance of renewal.
Ending your subscription does not entitle you to a refund or credit for a partially used period (except in the cooling off period mentioned below). However, you may transfer the remaining part of a partially elapsed subscription to someone else if they agree to these terms and any applicable postage charges for the remainder of the subscription period.
You have a cooling off period of fourteen days to cancel your subscription, beginning with the date you receive the first issue of your subscription. Cancellation should be made by post to SEN Magazine Ltd, 5 Shawbridge Street, Clitheroe BB7 1LY or by email to [email protected], and should include an unambiguous request to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription within the cooling off period, we will refund you the full amount paid by you for the subscription. If you cancel your subscription after the end of your cooling off period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the subscription, and you will not be entitled to any refund. We reserve the right to consider refund requests only in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without a refund if any fees due and payable by you are unpaid or unjustifiably charged back.
How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time.
While we make every effort to ensure that the magazine remains available at all times. Errors, interruptions and delays may occur in the availability of the magazine. We do not accept any liability arising from any interruption or delay in the availability of the magazine. We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of the magazine where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control. We can change a subscription to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, or to make technical adjustments and improvements. We may change the terms from time to time without notice.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
