National Anti-Bullying Week will take place this year from 15 to 19 November and the theme for 2010 is “Taking Action Together”.
Schools, youth clubs and community groups are invited to get involved by organising their own awareness events and campaigns. Actionwork, a member of the Anti-Bullying Alliance, has designed an Anti-Bullying Resource Pack full of useful materials, including an anti-bullying DVD, a pack of specially designed “feelings” cards and games, “Bully Free Zone” door and window posters, a lesson plan and contact information for appropriate organisations.
